HS2 Academy is proud to announce our partnership with Project Echo, which will begin with the “Launching ECHO” Program- a 10 week, comprehensive, hands-on entrepreneurial education designed to guide participants through every step of starting their own business. Through this program, participants will gain a deep understanding of key business concepts including business ideation, team building, prototype development and design, marketing strategy, financial planning, and more. Additionally, participants will develop important soft skills such as leadership, teamwork, problem solving, and innovation.
At the conclusion of the 10 week program, participants will have a chance to compete with each other for source funding as they present their business ideas to a panel of experts. This program is open to students of all majors, including computer science, engineering, biology, and social studies, as starting a business requires a diverse range of assets and expertise. The program is available online through Zoom, as is the competition which will also have the option of meeting in person at UCLA in April.
